Job summary

Midplaza Holding is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer for our Corporate Office in Sudirman, Jakarta. The role focuses on managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and facilitating vendor communications to ensure the acquisition of high-quality goods and services for operations.

Responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, and procuring supplies for ME, Interior, and Architecture, processing PRs in SAP for China procurement, and preparing customs documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
• Experience with buying for ME, Interior, and Architecture materials is preferred.
• Proficiency in using SAP for procurement tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure supplies for daily operations (ME, Interior, Architecture).
• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for goods sourced from China.
• Provide price comparisons to ensure cost efficiency.
• Assist in preparing and managing customs clearance documentation.
• Support the clearance process for imported goods.
• Coordinate with internal users across hotels, projects, and the holding company to meet procurement needs.
