Job summary

Bottega Italiana Bali is seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to manage procurement for our restaurant group. You will identify suppliers, negotiate prices, track orders, and ensure timely, quality deliveries.

Responsibilities include supplier evaluation, cost reporting, and maintaining strong supplier relationships in Bali. A minimum of 2 years in F&B purchasing and a Bachelor’s degree are required. Fluent English and Excel skills are important.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B purchasing.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Active English (Spoken and Written)
• Good at using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Honest, reliable, and communicates well with others.
• Understand basic F&B supply chain and sourcing.
• Living in Bali.
