Job summary

ANTARESTAR in Bekasi is seeking a procurement leader to drive sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and cost optimization. The role oversees the purchasing team, reviews POs/PRs, and ensures SOP and budget compliance.

Key duties include market analysis, building supplier relationships, and reporting procurement performance to management; strong negotiation and leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor management skills.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, contracts, and supplier risk management.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel/ERP systems for reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership, high integrity, and a strong results orientation.
• Able to work toward cost-efficiency targets and tight deadlines.
