• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and business partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure material availability.
• Manage purchasing budgets, control procurement costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse procurement performance, prepare management reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the purchasing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Resolve supplier performance issues and manage arrangements.
