Job summary
Midea Electronics Indonesia in South Tangerang, Banten is seeking a PSI Specialist to analyze PSI data and drive decision-making across production, sales and inventory. This full-time role supports manufacturing, transport and logistics operations and aims to optimise supply chain efficiency and profitability.
You will apply 3+ years in demand/supply planning, leverage Excel and ERP systems, and collaborate across sales, product and supply-chain teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demand planning, supply planning, PSI or S&OP experience.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Strong Excel skills; SAP/ERP experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage PSI planning and rolling forecasts for the Indonesia MBT business.
- Translate sales forecasts into procurement, supply and inventory plans.
- Conduct regular PSI reviews with sales, product and supply-chain teams.
- Monitor inventory turnover, aging, shortages and slow-moving stock.
- Coordinate with HQ factories/supply chain and improve forecast accuracy/inventory efficiency
