Job summary

Perusahaan kontruksi is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage inquiries, complaints, and tenant needs at the Batang KIT area. The role requires at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years in customer-facing positions.

The candidate should demonstrate strong communication, be friendly and responsive, and have solid administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Mandarin is a plus for handling diverse tenants.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service, Customer Relation, Tenant Relation, Property Management, or related position.
• Good communication skills, friendly, and responsive.
• Able to handle customer/tenant inquiries, complaints, and needs effectively.
• Good administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Willing to work in the Batang Integrated Industrial Estate (KIT Batang) area.
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers/tenants
• Coordinate with relevant teams regarding facilities, cleanliness, security, maintenance, and tenant needs
• Record and monitor complaints and their follow-up actions
• Assist with administration and documentation related to customer/tenant services
• Maintain good relationships and communication with customers/tenants
• Prepare periodic reports on customer service and issues
