Job summary

Damai Putra Group in Bekasi is seeking a Tenant Relation Officer to serve as the primary contact for tenants across our residential properties in Kota Harapan Indah. This full-time role focuses on responsive service and accurate record-keeping to ensure tenant satisfaction.

You will liaise with the property management team, coordinate maintenance, handle lease renewals, and process rental payments. Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or tenant relations role, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between tenants and the property management team.
• Respond to and resolve tenant queries, concerns, and requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance services.
• Assist with lease renewals and terminations.
• Collect and process rental payments and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain records of tenant interactions.
