Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our dynamic team at PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia, a leading construction management company based in Jakarta Raya. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

Monitoring and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies

Identifying and resolving issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, proposing and implementing effective solutions

Providing regular progress reports and updates to project managers

Ensuring that the budget is followed in terms of purchases and wages and recording the total costs for materials bought and payments for work done.

Ensure compliance with SQE-standards on the site and take corrective measures, in accordance with legislation and regulations, and specific client demands, in order to secure the health and safety of workers from the various parties involved and prevent unsafe situations and accidents.

Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to provide input and coordinate the implementation of construction plans

What we're looking for
