Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 education in related fields.
1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Estimator, or Project Purchasing.
Experience in building materials industry is advantageous.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Able to search and evaluate vendors/suppliers.
Proficient in price calculations and goods specification checks.

Responsibilities

Create quotations based on customer/project requirements.
Search and develop new vendors/suppliers according to goods needs.
Conduct sourcing and request price quotations from vendors.
Compare prices, quality, specifications, and lead time from multiple vendors.
Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to obtain competitive rates.
Follow up with vendors regarding prices, stock, availability, and estimated delivery times.
Check and ensure goods specifications match project requirements.
Coordinate with Sales/Marketing regarding project needs and quotations.
