Job summary

PT ZTT Cable Indonesia is seeking a procurement professional to manage purchasing activities, issue POs in the ERP system, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a solid grasp of MS Office.

The role requires maintaining accurate records, negotiating cost-effective contracts, and ensuring data integrity in internal systems while building strong vendor relationships at our Karawang location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00.
• 1–3 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work independently with professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders into the ERP system and correspondence with suppliers.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Recording the purchase data in the internal database or ledger.
