Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage the sourcing and purchase of marketing materials and POSM for events in Jakarta. You will lead supplier searches, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor evaluations while ensuring timely delivery and asset data integrity.

The role requires at least 2 years in purchasing, strong English proficiency, and excellent communication skills to coordinate end-to-end procurement activities and collaborations with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Well-versed in end-to-end procurement processes, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Marketing Services and Materials (POSM, POP, Flyers, displays, gifts) for monthly and yearly events.
• Source, identify, negotiate with local vendors, and conduct vendor evaluation & contract negotiation.
• Maintain fixed asset data and related maintenance.
• Create purchase orders and manage delivery schedules.
