• Coordinate with requesting departments to clarify procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation for compliance.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance data collection.
• Support preparation of procurement reports as needed.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and internal controls in daily tasks.
