Job summary

OCS Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager – Technical Cleaning for Automotive Paintshop projects in Subang to plan and oversee on-site cleaning operations. You will develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure procedures meet client specs, safety, and quality requirements.

You will lead cleaning teams, coordinate with client representatives and internal stakeholders, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety

Role Description The Project Manager – Technical Cleaning for Automotive Paintshop Technical Cleaning Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical cleaning operations in an automotive paintshop environment in Subang. This on-site contract role includes developing project plans and schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring that all cleaning procedures meet client specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Project Manager leads and supervises cleaning teams, monitors daily activities, and provides guidance to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of technical cleaning services. The role involves close collaboration with client representatives and internal stakeholders, handling operational issues, tracking performance indicators, and preparing regular reports. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and use Mandarin and Bahasa/English communication skills to coordinate with regional and international stakeholders when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor technical cleaning projects in automotive paintshop settings.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa/English to interact with clients, site teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities to guide, motivate, and manage on-site technical cleaning crews and supervisors.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess operational performance, identify risks, and implement process improvements.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, industrial cleaning, or automotive manufacturing environments, preferably in paintshop operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to industrial and automotive facilities.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time and quality constraints on-site in Subang.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
