Project Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Assist in controlling project time nodes, monitor overall implementation progress, and proactively assess and flag potential project risks.

Feedback Collection & Documentation: Collect, analyze, and summarize system user comments and feedback, and translate relevant project and system technical documents between Chinese and Indonesian/English.

System Training & Coordination: Lead the organization and resource coordination for systematic user training meetings to ensure smooth operational adoption.

Task Execution & Support: Timely execute and follow up on other cross-functional operational and technical assignments designated by the project team.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of work experience (candidates with more than 3 years of experience and a strong background in project management are preferred).

Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Open to all majors / No restrictions).

Chinese: Able to use Chinese as a working language with strong Chinese-Indonesian translation skills (Speaking Mandarin is a strong plus).

English: Mandatory if the candidate cannot speak Mandarin; strong working proficiency preferred.
