Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an experienced coating process manager to formulate and optimize coating plans on the production floor. You will lead the setting of spraying parameters and standardize process workflows to ensure consistent quality.

You will coordinate resolution of coating quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement technical improvements while managing daily maintenance of coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.

Qualifications

• On-site technical management and industrial engineering design familiarity
• Manufacturing process design, production line design, and workflow optimization knowledge
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; mastery of design software like AutoCAD and Creo; office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for formulating and optimizing coating process plans; lead the setting of spraying parameters and the standardization of process workflows.

Coordinate the resolution of coating quality issues on the production floor; analyze the root causes of defects and implement technical improvements.

Manage the daily maintenance and servicing of coating equipment; ensure the stable operation of critical facilities such as spray guns and curing ovens.

Collaborate with R&D and production departments to advance new product trial runs; complete process validation and small-batch pilot production.

Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organize employee skills training to enhance overall process execution.

Manage the coating capabilities (including coating processes and materials) of local suppliers.

Coordinate the resolution of coating quality issues on the production floor; analyze the root causes of defects and implement technical improvements.

Requirements

Extensive experience in on-site technical management and industrial engineering design; familiarity with manufacturing process design, production line design, and workflow optimization; knowledge of local manufacturing regulations in Indonesia is preferred.

Proficiency in reading and writing English; mastery of design software such as AutoCAD and Creo; and proficiency in office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to use English as a working language.

Meticulous and rigorous work style; strong organizational, communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility; service-oriented mindset; ability to utilize AI tools to assist with work; and competent written communication skills.
