Job summary

OCS Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager – Technical Cleaning for Automotive Paintshop projects in Subang to plan and oversee on-site cleaning operations. You will develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure procedures meet client specs, safety, and quality requirements.

You will lead cleaning teams, coordinate with client representatives and internal stakeholders, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety

Qualifications

• PM planning, execution, and monitoring of cleaning projects in automotive settings.
• Effective communication with clients and regional stakeholders in Mandarin and Bahasa/English.
• Proven leadership of on-site cleaning crews and supervisors.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance, risks, and improvements.
• Experience in facilities management, industrial cleaning, or automotive environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical cleaning operations in Subang.
