Job summary

OCS Group Indonesia seeks an experienced Maintenance/Service Manager to lead technical cleaning operations across automotive paintshop areas. You will develop cleaning plans, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with multiple client stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years in industrial maintenance and shift management, and mandatory Mandarin proficiency for daily coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of maintenance/service management experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience managing industrial manpower and shift operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for day-to-day operational coordination with Mandarin-speaking client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical cleaning operations across automotive paintshop areas, including spray booths, ovens, pretreatment, cooling and paint rooms, AHU/exhaust, filters, conveyors, grilles, fixtures and supporting facilities.
• Develop and control daily, weekly, monthly, and shutdown cleaning plans aligned with production and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with approved work instructions, JSA/risk assessments, method statements, checklists, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Foremen and Technical Cleaning Staff, including manpower deployment, shift coverage, training, discipline, and performance.
• Monitor cleaning quality, contamination trends, manpower attendance, KPI/SLA, and customer assessments.
• Lead RCA and CAPA for quality issues, contamination, customer complaints, safety incidents, and equipment damage.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders across Production, Paintshop, Engineering, Quality, and HSE.
• Ensure tools, machinery, PPE, chemicals, consumables, and backup equipment are available and maintained.
• Prepare operational records and regular performance reports for management and client review.
