PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead delivery, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of large-scale medical equipment projects in Jakarta. You will coordinate with hospitals, government authorities, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in engineering or medical equipment, at least 3 years of PM experience, hands-on biosafety cabinet and operating room projects, and fluency in business
Manage the delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and handover of large-scale medical equipment projects.
Coordinate with hospitals, government authorities, design consultants, main contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, and risks, and promptly resolve cross-functional issues.
Coordinate government approvals, permits, regulatory documentation, compliance requirements, and project inspections.
Organize project meetings and prepare progress reports, risk registers, and management updates.
Manage medical equipment suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and contractual requirements.
Conduct meetings and manage emails, contracts, technical documents, and communication with international suppliers in English.
Coordinate import procedures and customs clearance.
Coordinate and manage the required documents for payment processing.
Able to communicate effectively with manufacturers and suppliers in China.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Medical Equipment, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of project management experience, including proven experience coordinating and managing large-scale hospital or medical equipment projects.
Hands-on project experience involving biosafety cabinets and operating rooms, including equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
Familiarity with medical equipment importation, installation, commissioning, training, and acceptance procedures.
Strong ability to communicate and coordinate with government authorities regarding approvals, permits, compliance, and inspections.
Business-level English is mandatory. The candidate must be able to independently conduct meetings, write professional emails, and review contracts and technical documents in English.
Strong organizational, negotiation, risk-management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.
Immediate availability to start work upon acceptance.
