Job summary

PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia seeks an Equipment Machinery Lead (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment. The role ensures alignment with workflows, safety, energy efficiency, and brand standards, while supporting training for the operations team.

You will coordinate layouts, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across OHS, energy, quality, and environment programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• 10 years of MEP experience for industrial/factory projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Familiarity with global brand compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience establishing footwear factory.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and production systems.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency/automation/MIS integration.
• Strong coordination and contractor management skills.
• Strong vendor coordination and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with budget design and review.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Equipment Machinery Lead (Mandarin Speaker)

The Equipment and Machinery Lead oversees the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and brand requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Coordinate, review and lead the equipment layout and installation plans

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning

Ensure equipment meets safety, efficiency, product security standards, and smarter and green Concept

Support training and handover to operations team

Follow company program:

Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements :

Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Any Major.

Required language: English, Mandarin language skills are preferred.

10 years of experience in MEP works for industrial/factory projects, experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, familiarity with global brand compliance and regulatory frameworks, has experiences to establish footwear factory.

Knowledges and Skills: Knowledge of industrial machinery and production systems, Familiarity with energy efficiency/automation/MIS integration, Experience in equipment layout, installation, and commissioning, Company policies and project procedures, Strong coordination and contractor management skills, Strong vendor coordination and technical troubleshooting skills, Familiarity with budget design and review, Analytical and Problem-Solving.
