Job summary

OttoDigital Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end data center project delivery in Indonesia. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover, coordinating across engineering, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet milestones and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of related experience, including 3 years in a PM role on sizable data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / control engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, construction, engineering, or data center operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale data center projects, preferably with experience in projects of 10 MW capacity or above.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in or around live/operational data center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center project delivery, covering design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover, including objectives, scope, execution strategy, milestones, resources, and baseline.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and progress by monitoring actual performance against the baseline, identifying critical paths, deviations, and potential delays, and implementing corrective, recovery, or acceleration plans.
• Manage project costs and commercial aspects, including approved budget, project expenditure, procurement commitments, variation orders, claims, and cost impacts.
• Lead design and technical coordination with engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design deliverables, technical requirements, drawings, specifications, and construction activities comply with project requirements and data center standards.
• Lead construction execution and stakeholder coordination by managing contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal functions, resolving cross-functional issues, and ensuring construction activities meet approved design, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage project risks, quality, HSE, and compliance by identifying risks, establishing mitigation plans, monitoring quality and safety performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company requirements.
• Provide project performance reporting and management recommendations, including project forecasting, progress reporting, risk and issue escalation, management updates, testing & commissioning, documentation, project close-out, and handover.

Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Civil/Structural, and Architectural.

Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Experience working in or around live/operational data center environments is preferred.
