Job description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SM+’s data center development projects, including new builds, expansions, fit-outs, and infrastructure upgrades. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with technical, operational, and business requirements.

What you'll do

Lead and manage complex data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects end-to-end.

Ensure project delivery meets timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation.

Manage project risks, issues, and change controls effectively.

Coordinate across design, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams.

Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure smooth execution of construction, commissioning, and handover processes.

Drive continuous improvement to minimize delays, rework, and cost overruns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in project management.

Proven experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong experience in managing projects from planning to commissioning and handover.

Experience in leading cross-functional coordination across design, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams.

Fluency in Engilish (spoken and written) is required.

Project management certification is an advantage.
