Job summary

Memiontec Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager for Engineering Procurement Construction in Subang. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve production targets and cost efficiency.

Applicants should hold a Civil Engineering degree, possess an SKA – Intermediate level in Building Construction, and have 5–10 years of relevant experience, with added advantage for consulting backgrounds. Urgent recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• SKA Intermediate (Ahli Madya) in Building Construction.
• 5–10 years experience as Structural Engineer for WTP/WWTP projects preferred.
• Experience as Civil Engineering consultant is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Prepare work plans and budgets based on identifying risks and taking preventive measures.
• Operations Execution: Ensure project implementation in accordance with plans, schedules, and SOPs.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor costs and report financial performance.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross‑departmental teams to achieve project objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk and Safety Management: Identify and manage technical and safety risks and ensure compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress and financial reports to management.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operation.

PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION) SUBANG

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of a project, from operational strategy, budget, schedule, to coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, to ensure the achievement of production targets, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and operational sustainability.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering

Possess an SKA (Certificate of Expertise) – Intermediate Level (Ahli Madya) in Building Construction

Experience as a Structural Engineer for WTP/WWTP projects is preferred 5 – 10 years

Experience as a Civil Engineering consultant is an added advantage
