Job summary

Luminare Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for a Water Manufacture client focused on advanced membrane filtration systems. The role involves coordinating local contractors for piping, electrical, mechanical and civil works to install packaged membrane water treatment systems.

You will lead site surveys with contractors and clients, define installation scope, ensure safety compliance, and maintain alignment with deployment plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and build a network of local contractors capable of piping, electrical, mechanical, and civil works for installation of packaged membrane water treatment systems.
• Lead site surveys with contractors and clients to define installation scope and align with project deployment plans and safety regulations.
• Coordinate between contractors, internal teams, and clients to align on installation scope, technical specifications, project schedule, and budget throughout execution.
• Review contractor BOQs, challenge pricing, missing line items, or scope misalignments before they become project problems.
• Provide structured, regular updates on site progress, risks, and issues to HQ Singapore and relevant project stakeholders.

• Source, qualify, and build a reliable network of local contractors capable of executing piping,
  electrical, mechanical, and civil works required for the installation of packaged membrane water
  treatment systems.
• Lead site surveys with contractors and clients to define installation and delivery scope, ensuring full
  alignment to project deployment plans, actual site conditions, and applicable safety regulations.
• Drive coordination between contractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure consistent alignment
  on installation scope, technical specifications, project schedule, and budget throughout execution.
• Review contractor BOQs critically, challenging unrealistic pricing, missing line items, or scope
  misalignments before they become project problems.
• Provide structured, regular updates on site progress, risks, and issues to HQ Singapore and relevant
  project stakeholders.
