PT. OXUS WATER TEKNOLOGI is seeking a Project Engineer – Electrical to plan, supervise, and Commission electrical systems for water and wastewater projects. You will ensure work aligns with schedule, specs, budget, and safety standards.
The role requires 3–5 years of EPC experience, proficiency in reading SLDs/P&ID, and strong coordination with automation teams. You may be placed at project sites as needed.
As a Project Engineer – Electrical, you are responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and commissioning of all electrical systems on water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant projects. You will ensure all electrical work runs according to schedule, technical specifications, budget, and occupational safety standards.
Supervise installation of electrical systems in the field, including Motor Control Center (MCC), transformers, distribution panels, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), cabling, grounding, and lighting systems
Review and examine technical documents such as SingleLineDiagram (SLD), cable schedule, electrical layout, and equipment specifications before field execution
Work with Automation/Instrumentation teams to integrate power systems on main equipment such as pumps, blowers, dosing pumps, motorized valves, and PLC/SCADA panels
Coordinate work of electrical contractors in the field, ensure delivered materials comply with specifications through site inspection, and manage material submittal approval processes
Develop procedures and lead electrical testing processes (loop test, no-load test, load test) on all electrical loads of the water treatment system before project handover
Ensure all work complies with PUIL (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik) regulations and applicable HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards at the project location
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems / Electrical Power Engineering preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Project Engineer Electrical, preferably on EPC Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant, chemical plant, or industrial plant processing projects
Proficient in reading and analysing SingleLineDiagram (SLD), P&ID, and electrical control diagrams
Understanding of electrical load calculation, cable sizing, and voltage drop
Proficiency in supporting software such as AutoCAD, ETAP (value-added), and MS Project
Deep understanding of national electrical standards (PUIL) and international standards (IEC/IEEE)
Strong project management capabilities, field coordination, and troubleshooting skills
Willing to be placed at project locations (site management) as required by the company
