Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• SKA Intermediate (Ahli Madya) in Building Construction.
• 5–10 years experience as Structural Engineer for WTP/WWTP projects preferred.
• Experience as Civil Engineering consultant is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Prepare work plans and budgets based on identifying risks and taking preventive measures.
• Operations Execution: Ensure project implementation in accordance with plans, schedules, and SOPs.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor costs and report financial performance.
• Team Coordination: Lead cross‑departmental teams to achieve project objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Risk and Safety Management: Identify and manage technical and safety risks and ensure compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress and financial reports to management.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operation.
