Job summary

PT Eskimo Wieraperdana in Jakarta seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery. You will manage a team of Project Engineers and coordinate across engineering, procurement, operations, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Strong PM skills, sound judgment, and stakeholder relationship abilities are essential. HVAC/refrigeration experience is not required, as on-the-job training is available.

Qualifications

Company Overview
PT Eskimo Wieraperdana is a Jakarta-based HVAC and industrial refrigeration contractor with in‑house manufacturing capabilities, serving clients across multiple industries including oil and gas. The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee execution of its project portfolio.

Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of company projects, from initiation through delivery, invoicing, and closeout. The role carries direct line responsibility for a team of Project Engineers, who are assigned across the company's different project types, and is accountable for the quality and consistency of execution across the full portfolio. The Project Manager coordinates across engineering, procurement, operations, and finance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

A background in HVAC, refrigeration, or engineering is not required. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong project management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective working relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Technical knowledge can be developed on the job.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, accounts, or work orders.

Strong organizational and documentation discipline.

Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

Ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of unfamiliar technical or commercial subject matter.

Demonstrated relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Prior experience supervising or managing a team is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, engineering, or industrial services.

Exposure to oil & gas clients or regulated, HSE-driven work environments.

Familiarity with ERP or project management software.

Stakeholder Exposure
The role requires regular interaction with stakeholders across the organizational hierarchy — from senior leadership and department managers to engineering and field staff — as well as with client-side representatives ranging from executive sponsors to on‑site technical personnel.
