Job summary

PT LS Electric Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager in West Jakarta to lead and deliver complex engineering projects from concept to completion. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, with familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and significant budgetary responsibility.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in cost and schedule management, with experience in financial forecasting and budget control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional project management certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Experience in electrical or power generation projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at PT LS Electric Indonesia in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing and delivering complex engineering projects from conception through to successful completion. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities
