Job summary

PT Deltamas Solusindo is seeking an experienced Project Manager for HVAC & MEP projects, including clean rooms and industrial facilities. You will lead planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

You will oversee multi-discipline teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with technical standards and client requirements. Indonesian work on-site across Java Island is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HVAC & MEP project experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager/Project Lead role.
• Proven experience managing commercial or industrial HVAC & MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, qualification, and handover.
• Manage HVAC and MEP project execution per drawings, specs, method statements, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedule, budget, cash flow, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Supervise site activities to ensure works meet design and technical standards.
• Review and coordinate technical drawings, submittals, and documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of cleanroom requirements including ACH, pressure cascade, and TAB.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – HVAC & MEP to lead the end-to-end execution of HVAC and MEP projects, particularly clean room and industrial projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations. The Project Manager will oversee engineering, procurement, installation, subcontractor management, project scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, testing, commissioning, qualification, and final handover.

Key responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle from planning, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, qualification, and handover

Manage HVAC and MEP project execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams

Develop and monitor project schedule, budget, cash flow, manpower, materials, and resources

Supervise site activities and ensure HVAC & MEP works are executed according to approved design and technical standards

Review and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation

Manage HVAC systems including AHU, chiller, ducting, HEPA filter, fresh air, exhaust, ventilation, BMS, piping, and other related MEP systems

Ensure proper implementation of cleanroom requirements, including pressure cascade, air change rate (ACH), temperature, humidity, HEPA filtration, air balancing, TAB, and commissioning

Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including work progress, productivity, quality, manpower, and contractual performance

Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC & MEP projects, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager / Project Lead position

Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or high-specification HVAC & MEP projects

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, AHU, Chiller, Ducting, HEPA Filter, Fresh Air, Exhaust, BMS, Piping, Electrical, and related MEP systems

Strong understanding of cleanroom requirements, including pressure cascade, ACH/air change rate, temperature & humidity control, HEPA filtration, air balancing/TAB, and commissioning

Experienced in managing engineering, procurement, installation, subcontractors, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, testing, commissioning, and handover

Able to review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, method statements, equipment datasheets, and project documentation

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Able to conduct meetings and communicate professionally in English

Willing to work full-time, Monday–Saturday, and be assigned to project/site locations across Java Island
