Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to join our sales management team. You will be responsible for delivering EPC/HVAC projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating design, procurement, installation, and commissioning while safeguarding safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of MEP/HVAC/EPC project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project cost, construction and site management.
• Large HVAC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage EPC/HVAC projects from contract handover through final acceptance.
• Manage design, procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance.
• Control schedule, cost, quality, safety and risks.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and onsite teams.
• Manage variation orders, claims, payment milestones and project close-out.
