Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning through delivery. You will act as the liaison between clients, internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in IT project management, proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, and strong budgeting and leadership capabilities. PMP/CAPM/CSM/PMI-ACP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
