Job summary

PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning to delivery.

You will liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, plus familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline tracking.
• Strong planning, monitoring, and reporting skills; excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, WBS, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate progress and changes effectively to stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve roadblocks to ensure delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements.
