Job summary

PT Lawencon Internasional seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives spanning DevOps, QA, and infrastructure. You will craft plans, timelines, and resource allocations while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will monitor risks, manage releases, and ensure SDLC compliance, governance, and security standards are upheld. Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Indonesian are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects related to DevOps, QA, and IT Infrastructure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timeline, scope, and budget.
• Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and implementation readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT governance, security policies, and enterprise standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical discussions, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security, and Business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timeline, scope, and budget.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager handling enterprise IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, Quality Assurance (QA), and IT Infrastructure concepts and best practices.
• Experience managing projects involving CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization, Containers (Docker/Kubernetes), or Infrastructure Automation.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Release Management, and Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional technical teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Security, IT Governance, and Risk Management is an advantage.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
