Job summary

Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo (KST) seeks a dedicated Project Manager with IT or Information Systems background to coordinate end-to-end IT projects, ensuring goals are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

You will translate user requirements into clear specifications for developers, draft project documents, design workflow and budgeting plans, and determine team composition and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar PM tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge or experience in software testing is a plus.
