Job summary

Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo (KST) mencari Project Manager IT untuk mengoordinasikan proyek end‑to‑end. Anda akan memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup, dan standar kualitas dengan tim internal maupun eksternal.

Persyaratan: 2–3 tahun pengalaman di proyek IT, kemampuan menggunakan Azure DevOps/JIRA, serta pengetahuan Agile dan Waterfall. Penempatan: Jakarta Selatan secara on-site, dengan kontrak kerja.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di bidang IT atau Sistem Informasi.
• Pengalaman 2–3 tahun sebagai Project Manager IT.
• Pengalaman menggunakan Azure DevOps, JIRA, atau alat manajemen proyek serupa.
• Pengetahuan Agile dan Waterfall.
• Kemampuan memimpin, time management, dan koordinasi tim.
• Komunikasi efektif dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan.
• Pengetahuan atau pengalaman testing perangkat lunak adalah nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin dan mengelola eksekusi beberapa proyek IT, memastikan deliverable tepat waktu.
• Menerjemahkan kebutuhan pengguna menjadi spesifikasi untuk pengembang.
• Menyiapkan dokumentasi klien yang relevan secara teknis dan manajerial.
• Membuat desain alur proyek dan rencana budgeting.
• Menentukan komposisi tim dan timeline proyek yang realistis.
• Menjaga koordinasi dengan tim internal dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal.
• Menggunakan metodologi Agile atau Waterfall sesuai jenis proyek.
• Menjaga komunikasi jelas antara klien, pengembang, dan tester, serta manajemen risiko.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager with a background in IT or Information Systems to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, ensuring all project goals are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Translate user requirements into clear and structured specifications for developers.

• Fulfill documentation requests from clients, including technical and project-related documents.

• Create project flow designs and develop budgeting plans.

• Determine team composition and define realistic project timelines.

• Establish effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) depending on project type.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.

• Track project progress and manage risks to ensure project objectives are met.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects.

• Proficient in using project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, time management, and team coordination skills.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Knowledge or experience in software testing is a plus.
