Job summary

PT Mitra Solusi Telematika, an IT services company based in Jakarta, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive planning, budgeting and monitoring of projects using PM tools. You will act as the bridge between upper management and execution teams, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while meeting quality standards.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, at least five years in project management, and familiarity with MS Project and S-curve reporting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of proven project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience handling large IT projects in financial sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing 2–4 projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• Advanced MS Project and S-curve reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• PMP/Prince2 or other PM certification preferred.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, monitor, and report on projects using PM tools.
• Ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget, with quality.
• Coordinate between upper management and execution teams.
• Direct, coordinate, implement, and complete projects aligning with strategy.
• Ensure resources availability and supplier quality.
• Deliver accurate cost reporting with CPI >= 1 and SPI >= 1.
• Prepare reporting documents as needed.

Job description

To be able plan, budget, monitor and report on the project with project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it's already been approved.

To run the project on time, in scope, under budget and meet the quality requirement.

The bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project.

Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Ensure all activities to support project implementation are available effectively and efficiently

Provide accurate, effective and efficient cost with the CPI =/>1

Ensure the project run smoothly and the SPI =/> 1

Ensure the reporting document are available according to needs

Ensure the best quality, competitive price and on time delivery from the right vendor / supplier

Ensure the suitability of subordinate quality and quantity with working unit needs.

Ensure resource availability in project implementation

Ensure to meet the quality objective and gain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven working experience minimal 5 years in project management
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Economics or Computer Science or Related
• Experience to handle large project in Financial industry
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience to handle 2-4 project in parallel period
• Having good knowledge in Financial & Accounting
• Advance using of MS Project application and S - Curve report
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Preferable PMP/Prince2/other Project Management Certification
• Advance communication and written in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
