PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Bali. This full-time role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, monitor milestones, manage risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with modular construction or prefabrication desirable.

About the role

PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception through to completion. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our company's success and directly impacts our reputation and profitability in the competitive construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely delivery of construction projects
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures and controlling costs to maximise profitability
• Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly
• Monitoring project progress against established milestones and adjusting plans as needed to maintain schedule adherence
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards and company policies across all project sites
• Overseeing quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards and client specifications
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and correspondence
• Leading and motivating project teams, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives
• Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning
• Conducting site inspections and progress meetings to monitor construction activities and performance

What we are looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within modular construction or prefabrication industries
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Leadership capability and experience managing construction teams and contractors
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Problem-solving ability and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Experience with modular or prefabricated construction projects is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
