PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Surabaya, East Java. You will plan, schedule and oversee all activities, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management for construction, strong leadership, and proficiency in scheduling and budgeting tools. A PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices and industry standards.
• Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all project activities to meet timelines.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and quality, implement corrective actions.
