About the Role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team in Banyuwangi, East Java. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a dynamic construction company. As Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, visually compelling content that showcases our innovative modular construction projects, company expertise, and industry thought leadership. You will play a vital role in communicating our brand message across multiple digital platforms, helping to build awareness and credibility in the construction and project management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and articles focused on construction, modular building, and project management

Create visually engaging multimedia content such as videos, infographics, photographs, and animations that showcase company projects and expertise

Manage and maintain content calendars across all digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior leadership to gather project information and technical insights for content development

Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic

Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to refine strategy and maximise engagement

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content outputs

Research industry trends, competitor content, and market developments to keep company messaging current and relevant

Support the marketing team with social media strategy, community engagement, and digital campaigns

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications, preferably within the construction, engineering, or project management industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical construction concepts into engaging, accessible content

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms

Experience with video editing and graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)

Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media content strategy

Creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas and innovative content concepts

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines

Excellent research and analytical abilities to identify content gaps and opportunities

Familiarity with construction, modular building, or project management is highly desirable but not essential

Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages is preferred
