Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, implementation, to project closure
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, resources, timelines, cost and success criteria
• Establish and maintain appropriate project management approaches, methodologies, tools, and governance
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives
• Proactively identify project issues, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delivery risks and drive resolution
• Translate business objectives into clear project strategies, delivery plans, and actionable workstreams
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project risk, issue, dependency, assumption, and mitigation management
• Act as a senior point of contact for key business stakeholders, clients, and project sponsors
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and delivery capacity

Key responsibilities

About you

Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, with demonstrated experience leading complex software projects

Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, not limited to project administration, PMO, reporting, or coordination

Strong hands-on experience in project initiation and planning, project execution and delivery, scope and change management, risk and issue management, resource and capacity planning, budget and cost monitoring, stakeholder management, governance and escalation, and project closure and lessons learned

Proven track record of delivering projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Core Banking, Digital Banking, Investment / Wealth Management Platforms, or Custom Technology / Software Development Projects

Strong understanding of business processes and technology project delivery

Able to understand technical discussions and translate technical issues into business impact

Experience working closely with Software Engineering / Development, QA / Testing, Business Analyst, Product, Solution Architect, Infrastructure / Cloud, and Data / Integration teams

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities with ability to provide clear direction and delegate effectively

Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with C-Level / BOD, business heads, senior management, clients, vendors, and technical leaders
