Job summary

pt focus solusi infotama is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish in Indonesia, coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and resources while keeping schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

You should hold a bachelor in IT/CS/engineering, 1–3 years leading IT projects (finance/banking preferred), strong problem solving and communication skills, and be willing to travel. Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT-related field required.
• 1–3 years of IT project leadership experience.
• Finance/Banking industry experience preferred.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into concrete requirements.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams.
• Willing to travel to other cities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project and team from initiation to completion.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide weekly progress reports to PM Manager and clients.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely handover after project completion.
• Address issues and conflicts within the project team.

Job description

• Direct and manage project and team from the beginning to end process.
• Manage project and serves as a lead in a cross disciplinary team.
• Responsible for the management and coordination works of the whole process of the project.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, components & resources in development process.
• Facilitates communication between internal project team and customer during project execution.
• Create and manage planning for project resources.
• Manage and Planning Project Budget.
• Manage and report to PM Manager on weekly project report/project progress.
• Manage client communication (provide solutions based on project requirements)
• Familiar with some working tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio & Microsoft Project.
• Having knowledge and experience in IT System Infrastructure
• Having knowledge and experience in Data Processing and System Development Lifecycle.
• Resolves issues & conflicts within the project team.
• Scheduling of project milestones, management & delegation of project design/development tasks.
• Responsible for the quality, safety, progress of the project.
• Responsible for the handover works and the maintenance management work in the later period after the completion of the project.
• Full-time (Urgently required).

Minimum Qualifications

• Having minimum Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
• Having minimum 1-3 years experience in leading IT Projects as a Project Manager. Preferably experienced in the Finance and Banking industry.
• Could demonstrate ability to solve problems flexibly.
• Could demonstrate ability to drive team based on high level and ambiguous requirements/business goals.
• Having experience creating concrete requirements from high level and ambiguous project goals.
• Having knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Database and Application would be an advantage.
• Having excellent communication skills (both customers, internal and partners)
• Understand Project Methodologies and able to coordinate with Project Team during project implementation.
• Ability to work in tight schedule to reach deadline and handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Have strong technological skills and ability to learn task management software such as Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Willing to do business trip in order to implement projects to other cities.
