Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics Tbk. in Jakarta seeks an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions and drive project delivery from initiation to go-live.

You will act as the IT liaison for multiple business units, gather requirements, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure compliant, successful implementations in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years IT experience with PM/BA roles.
• 2+ years in banking or financial services.
• PM/BA certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for one or more business units.
• Understand business objectives and identify IT solutions to support them.
• Manage IT projects or change requests from initiation through go-live.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure proper implementation.
• Handle requirements gathering, documentation, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.
• Report project status, risks, and roadblocks to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and change management standards in banking.

• Handle requirements gathering, documentation, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.
• Report project status, risks, and roadblocks to business leaders and management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable documentation and change management standards within the banking environment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in IT-related roles, with experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum, is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
