Job summary

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst - Operation to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. Based in Jakarta, you will manage operational and payment system initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead requirements gathering, drive project delivery from start to finish, and collaborate with business, IT, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in business analysis, system analysis, and project delivery.
• Familiar with payment systems (BI-FAST, RTGS, SKN) and data quality management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulatory or banking technology projects is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
