Job summary

LMN VFX in Jakarta Barat is seeking an entry-level Production Assistant to support VFX producers, supervisors, leads and artists in day-to-day project management on site.

You will monitor progress, help identify bottlenecks, coordinate dailies and client calls, record meeting notes and action items, and ensure clear cross‑department communication to keep productions on schedule.

• Support VFX Producers, Supervisors, Leads, and Artists in the day-to-day management of VFX projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks remain on schedule.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and deadline challenges, and proactively communicate them to Producers and Supervisors.
• Coordinate and facilitate dailies, reviews, meetings, and client calls.
• Record and distribute meeting notes, action items, feedback, and project briefs.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between departments throughout production.
• Help maintain accurate project tracking and reporting using production management tools.
