Job summary

LMN VFX is seeking an on-site Entry Level role in Jakarta to handle project-based budgeting, fund allocation, and financial reporting for movie and VFX productions. You will manage budgets, cash advances, and reporting for ongoing projects.

The role involves daily accounting operations, AP/AR processes, and coordination with production and management. Experience in accounting and ERP systems is preferred; training available for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• At least 1–2 years in accounting/finance; film/production experience is a plus.
• Strong tax knowledge in Indonesia (Brevet A & B preferred).
• Proficient in ERP systems (Odoo) and Excel; good communication with production and management.

Responsibilities

• Project budget management for movie/VFX productions.
• Process cash advances and accountability reports.
• Prepare project profitability and budget realization reports.
