Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk is seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to oversee project delivery and process improvement initiatives at our Jakarta office. You will coordinate with project owners, ensure quality outcomes, and manage documentation across teams.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Six Sigma/Agile methodologies, with a willingness to work 100% from the Bandengan Selatan office in Jakarta Barat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as Project Management Manager.
• Experience in handling projects related to operation process improvement is a must.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Scrum or Agile.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
