Job summary

TRIPATRA is seeking an ASL Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and with required quality. You will guide the project team, facilitate communication among sponsors, clients and stakeholders, and address issues proactively to achieve project success.

The role calls for strong leadership, extensive EPC project experience, and excellent English, with the capacity to manage safety, quality, and budget adherence across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Involvement in at least 3 Engineering projects as project manager, senior project engineer or similar.
• Experience leading EPC-type projects as project lead/manager is a plus.

Designation: ASLPROJECT MANAGER

Leading and managing assigned projects to ensure they aredelivered on time, within budget, and with the required quality, meeting theexpectations of all stakeholders. Lead the project team, facilitating effectivecommunication and proactively addressing any issues that may impact projectsuccess.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the project team to work together to meetthe project objectives and stakeholder's expectations.
• Effectively communicate between the project sponsor, teammembers, client and other stakeholders.
• Provide vision and direction to the project team tosuccessfully deliver all aspects of the project.
• Use appropriate leadership and emotional (soft) skills tobalance conflicting and competing goals of the project stakeholders in order toachieve project results.
• Proactively interact with other project managers and thewider business to seek ways that assist the team in achieving project outcomes.
• Work with the project sponsor to address internal politicaland strategic issues that may impact the team or the project.
• Develop project management competency and capability ofindividuals on the team and the organization.
• Stay informed and current about project management and industry developments and trends.
• Provide support ongoing business development initiativesand proposals as needed or requested from business development team or BOD.

Authorities:

• Accept handover of new project from business developmentproposal team into project operations for execution and delivery.
• As delegate of the Director - Operations, deploy authorizedresources to deliver the project.
• Represent Tripatra on all matters related to delivery ofthe project with respect to the client and other stakeholders.
• Approve project documents and deliverables as defined incorporate QMS procedures and work instructions.
• Sign formal correspondence and notices to client (withinauthorized limits).
• Instruct and direct all staff assigned to the project, inrelation to matters impacting project outcomes.
• Instruct the removal of resources from the project (in caseof Tripatra staff) or initiate dismissal (in case of project hired contractors).
• Stop an operation should the activities performed notcomply with safety, environmental or quality policies and/or procedures.
