Job summary

PT Kingsmen Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial interior and exhibition projects. You'll develop plans, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management, with the ability to read drawings and coordinate on-site activities, potentially in town or out of town locations.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in Commercial Interior or Exhibition/Events.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Degree in Design Interior or Architecture.
• Experience with commercial retail and F&B projects preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Kingsmen Indonesia as a Project Manager. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, resource allocation, and risk management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Identify and mitigate potential issues or risks to keep projects on track

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

Provide leadership to the project team

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial Interior or Exhibition/Events or related industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

Degree in Design Interior or Architect, or a related field

Preferably experienced in Commercial retail and F&B projects

Love working with Design Interior and Exhibition/Events industry

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to read the drawing and deliver satisfied projects within tight deadline to our Clients

Willing to be working at project site (in town or out of town)
