Job summary

First Indonesia is seeking a Preferable Coordinator Project with a background in Interior Design to manage retail and office interiors. You will meet clients, prepare quotations, visit sites for measurements, and coordinate with the interior design team to translate requirements into plans.

You will monitor project status, maintain strong client relationships, ensure on-time deliverables, and report progress to the Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in interior design/furniture projects is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills are required.
• Able to work under pressure and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to finalize documents and gather requirements.
• Prepare quotations and ensure drawings/specs meet client needs.
• Visit sites for measurements and basic planning.
• Coordinate with interior design team to align client brief.
• Monitor project status and communicate with clients as main contact.
• Maintain merchandising and project tools and report to Director.
