Job summary

PT Komodo Capital Partners Management is seeking a Project Manager Interior to lead interior design, fit-out, and construction projects in Sleman (DIY). The role requires coordinating with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, with the ability to read architectural/interior drawings and prepare RAB estimates. On-site work will be required as needed.

• 1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or project management.
• 3. Proven experience handling interior/fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• 4. Experience managing contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Technical Skills

• 1. Strong understanding of interior construction, materials, and finishing.
• 2. Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• 3. Able to prepare and develop RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) and project cost estimates.
• 4. Able to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
• 5. Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design/project management software.
• 6. Good documentation and reporting skills.
