PT. KMS Corp. Office Bali is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our Corporate Office team. You will design and coordinate with management, contractors, and the QS team, inspect project work, and conduct site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with project vision and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the project team—including site architects, engineers, and interior designers—to integrate design aspects cohesively.
• Conduct site research and analysis to inform design decisions, considering local culture, climate, and community needs.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback throughout the design process.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices within design proposals.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in architecture and hospitality design, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on hospitality and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Project; familiarity with Revit is optional.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects, particularly in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem‑solving ability, with attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
